We don't believe in dredging up past pain. The process we use is not so much therapy as gentle coaxing. Everyone needs someone to encourage and believe in them, to stay positive when they're down and generally help them to cope with change.

Delving into past pain has been proven to make OCD worse, whereas cognitive behavior therapy, coaching and skills training have been proven to help. We combine CBT with coaching, metaphysics and skills training to coax you gently to be ritual free.
