Neovision Online Coaching is
an interactive co-operation
between ourselves and technology,
to help eliminate unwanted behaviors.
The founder of Neovision Online Coaching, Neomie pulled her hair out for 27 years as well as suffering extreme social phobia, and obsessive style thought patterns.
"I first went online in the late 1990s, completely bald through hair pulling. In desperation, I typed the words "I pull my hair out" into a search engine and found the old Fairlight Trichotillomania Forums.
Other people pulled too!" Neomie explains. "Pretty quickly I realised they felt as let-down as I did that there was no help available. I had to find my own way out of the trich trap and help others to stop hair pulling. I set up Trichotillomania Support Online and started writing down EVERYTHING connected with my urges. A pattern emerged: talking to others, I realised most people's pattern was similar. I stopped pulling myself, writing down all the steps I took towards pull freedom, and set up the coaching system, which has since helped hundreds of people achieve pull freedom".
Happy ever after, you might think, but not quite.
"Unfortunately as I had pulled my hair out for 27 years, worn wigs for 17 years and even had hair extensions to cover my baldness, my hair roots had been pulled so much that they were damaged due to traction alopecia. My hair would not grow in certain places, and my way of making that ok for myself is to help others become pull free before this happens to them." Neomie adds. "It's like a crusade."
