Hello to all! I purchased Neomie's Growth CD in April, 2003. I began listening to it every night for the first month and have been pull free ever since. This is a great accomplishment because I have been pulling for 40 years. Now I listen to the CD about 2 to 3 times per week, and whenever I feel extremely stressed out. My results have been nothing short of miraculous as the past 6 months have been the most stressful in my life. Without the CD, I'm sure I wouldn't have any hair right now. Thank you, Neomie, for this wonderful tool for us. I encourage everyone to give the CD a try and be faithful in listening to it every night for at least a month. It has truly changed my life! I purchased your trichotillomania CD six months ago. I listened to the CD faithfully for 30 consecutive days, and since then once or twice a week or whenever I feel the need. I am thrilled to report to you that I have been pull-free since the first time I listened to the CD. This is such a miracle. I had been pulling for forty years! Thank you so much for this wonderful therapy. I plan to order another Growth CD very soon so I'll have a spare in case something happens to the first one. After stressful days, I look very forward to listening to the CD when I go to bed at night. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

CD a couple days ago THANKYOU. Just now played
it and wow is it ever relaxing. Did I tell you before how much I love
your accent!!! I really got into listening to the words you were saying
throughout the 'session' and I just love how you word things and make
life sound so calm. You have talent!!! Even sitting here at the PC listening
to it is so relaxing and calming. The words you say are so soothing and
real, a person can't help but not believe the image you are trying to
portray the listener to thinking. I really really think if listened to
on a regular basis it will embed those pf thoughts and feelings for future
attacks of the trich monster. Thankyou.

am listening to the CD every night. Since my spree 4 days ago I have not
pulled. It was a stressful time to me when I did pull, so I really think
it was inevitable. But the CD really helps has put me to sleep a few times.
My worst pulling time is when I go to bed or late in the evening so I
plug it in then. I
had it going one night when I was in trich chat and my face fell on the
keyboard I was so relaxed. Seriously!!

I really love your CD and your...shall I say vocal inflections? I'm going
to give it a good 30-day try and I know it will help me. It's soothing
and positive and you say all the right things, that only a trichster could

CD helps me a lot when I go to bed, that is a bad pulling time for me.
But unfortunately the only time I can listen to it is at bedtime so it
doesn't help with my other trigger times. I am working on meditating on
your voice and putting it in the back of my mind to play over in my brain
when I can't listen.
